EnglishA nomadic gunfighter, Billy, rides into a small town, and tries to help a tribe of runaway Indians.
His concern for their welfare puts him at odds with the U.S. Cavalry guarding the tribe, and he’s quickly marked as a troublemaker. When the Indians are massacred trying to escape, only a beautiful young woman survives and takes refuge in the wilderness.
Billy’s attempts to help the girl are resisted at first, but a love affair quickly develops between the two. Their idyllic life is shattered, though, when the Cavalry troopers catch up with them, violate the girl and drive her to suicide. Left alone, Billy obsessively plans his bloodbath mission of vengeance. Harry Dean Stanton (“Paris, Texas,”, Pretty In Pink”) plays a hired gunfighter who befriends the renegade Billy.
